Terms :
The insured must always be the owner of the vehicle at the time of the claim
The warranty only applies to repairs carried out by a CarrXpert body shop;
Parts have a warranty limited to that offered by their manufacturer;
Any claim under this warranty must be submitted to your CarrXpert body shop. They may be required to view the vehicle to determine the admissibility of the claim;

Exclusions :
This warranty does not apply to a vehicle used for commercial purposes;
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by rust or normal aging of the vehicle, mistreatment (abuse), chemical fallout, pollution, or damage caused by collision or vandalism;
This warranty cannot exceed the repairs' initial amount.
